Vincent started Operator in response to seeing an opportunity for in-house teams & agencies to work more effectively, more efficiently, and benefit from more interdisciplinary knowledge. He oversees growth strategy and execution. 

Previously, Vincent advised Plug and Play Tech Center’s portfolio companies and is among distinguished faculty at General Assembly, where he instructed and developed assessments that Fortune 500 companies and startups use to evaluate subject matter expertise. Previously, he held marketing and product roles at enterprise software company MongoDB (IPO, 2018), e-commerce company Jet.com (Acquired by Walmart, 2016), and others.

Giovanni Barr brings financial and marketing acumen to Operator. He has worked with small to midsize private equity firms utilizing his background of grassroots venture capitalism, financial analysis and modeling, and portfolio and asset management to help firms organically grow. Utilizing these skills, he has implemented strong financial operations, built out models in Data Studio and Google Sheets as well as having a strong foundation in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.

Justin works as a partner with Operator, focusing on organic search, content strategy, and analytics. Previously, he worked as a Product Marketing Manager for GitHub’s collaboration products and as marketing lead for big data analytics company Dremio.
